Men want to buy the women in their lives lingerie, because most men get turned on by the sight of a woman in lingerie. Not only that, but lingerie is something that can make a woman feel totally different about herself. Since lingerie comes in every size from petite to plus sizes, even the women who feel like their body isn't ';perfect'; in this world have a chance to feel sexy in lingerie. When a woman feels good about herself, she definately has an easier time enjoying herself. Lingerie is something that most women want, but won't buy for themselves, I would say that's why guys buy lingerie for the women in their life.
As for why most women wanted a trip to a day spa. Women are over-worked (so are men). Many women work, have children, cook, clean, and do many other things as well (men do these things also, to let you know I realize this, and am being completely fair). One aspect of life that men and women differ greatly on is that men tend to ';hang loose'; and ';hang out'; with their buddies more then women do. Whether it's going out for drinks, sports, or something else, guys tend to get together and ';clown around'; so to speak, while most women would rather be doing other things: shopping, getting their nails done, activities with the kids, etc. One of the things that women rarely take time to do is pamper themselves, and when you get a day spa gift certificate, or trip to the day spa, you get to be treated like royalty, forget about the stresses of day to day life, and relax, something that everyone needs to do (at a day spa or otherwise) once in awhile.I noticed that men want to buy the special woman in their life lingerie and women suggested day spa. Why?
Lingerie is a gift that men buy because they want her to wear it for him. Day spa is a gift just for her to enjoy, and some men are too selfish to give it.
A day spa could include a manicure, pedicure, facials, waxing and a massage - being pampered during a relaxing afternoon - it's a treat for us.
Lingerie is nice and is sometimes for you which isn't a bad thing, but it feels good to spend time at the spa relaxing.
Lingerie is a nice present - something to wear at night for a romantic evening.
However day spa is really something wonderful. It's a chance for a woman to really be pampered. She can have all sorts of wonderful treatments - massages. It's something special that maybe she would never buy for herself because she lives such a busy life and now finally with this day spa present, she has a chance to really relax and unwind, and feel free from all the daily stresses. This is a real treat and the best present to show you care about her.
