Girls, what exactly goes on in day spas? How can you replicate some of it at home as its cheaper this way?

I know you get facials, mud baths, pedicures, manicures, chemical peels and massages in day spas, is there anything else i missed?





Plus can you replicate some of it at home like buy one of those spa kits from The Body Shop? Pls suggest other spa kits.

I remember watching an episode of Rachel Ray when she had a spa party consultant on the show. She had all sorts of home made recipes for at home spa parties. foot soaks, masks, hair treatments....you name it- she had it covered. The Santuary Range does these as they are based on the products that they use in the Spa in London. They are widely available in Boots.
