spa days cost differently, depending on the place you go...this is the general menu of a spa day;
manicure
pedicure
facial
massage
that would be good enough, generally costing $200 ish.
that is expensive!! and, some people aren't comfortable with massages or mani pedis.
so the better option is to just go to a spa and get a gift card for $50 or $100 for the person!

Going to a day spa for a day... Cost can range anywhere between $400 and $4 Million (well, not really, but they can get expensive) depending on where you go and what treatments you get.
