thats about all i know because i have never been to the spa and never done it at home either. sorry, i can't be a big help.
Find out what type of spa you're going to and what they have to offer. Look at a brochure and look for their sales or their specials. I'd recommend getting a facial, or a back massage. If you're more of a nail girl, a mani or a pedi would be sweet. Usually in spas, the full package is the most expensive. Look at the descriptions of the massages and see where you can get the most bang for your buck! Good luck!
