Girls, what exactly goes on in day spas? How can you replicate some of it at home as its cheaper this way?

I know you get facials, mud baths, pedicures, manicures, chemical peels, hair treatments and massages in day spas, is there anything else i missed?





Plus can you replicate some of it at home like buy one of those spa kits from The Body Shop? Pls suggest other spa kits.

First- I know you can get a mud MASK at places like Walmart and Walgreens in the beauty and health section. And I recently got this adorable bear from Avon, it's super soft and there's an empty pouch inside it (It comes with a pack of lavander to put inside the bear after warming up the pouch). It is a little expensive- BUT SO WORTH IT! And if you get a few issues of cosmogirl magazine one article was about proffessional spa treatments you can do at home. Here's the reciper for lip scrub:





-Mix a small amount of olive oil, brown sugar, and cinnamon.


-Rib in circular movements on your lips for 5 minutes


-Wash off and apply honey


-Keep on for 10 minutes, wash off then apply lip balm
